What You'll Do10
- 1Own store operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction from day one.
- 2Lead and motivate a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts, fostering accountability and growth.
- 3Cover any shift as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- 4Perform all frontline duties: run the register, stock shelves, upsell promotions, clean restrooms, and maintain the lot and fuel pumps.
- 5Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell key items, boosting basket size.
- 6Recruit, hire, and train new staff, building a skilled and reliable workforce.
- 7Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked and visually appealing.
- 8Handle all banking and cash deposits, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 9Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales targets, and execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
- 10Step in to manage deli or QSR operations when needed, cross-training to cover all aspects of the business.
Requirements7
- 1Open availability with the ability to work any shift, including unexpected call-outs.
- 2Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
- 3Retail or food management experience preferred.
- 4Willingness to lead by example in all store operations, including cleaning and upselling.
- 5Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
- 6Minimum age 21+ years.
- 7Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
