You own every aspect of store operations at a high-volume convenience chain, from team performance to fuel pumps and food safety. Leading a crew of 8-15 employees, you set the standard for service, upselling, and cleanliness across all shifts. What You'll Do8
- 1Own store P&L, inventory, and vendor orders, hitting sales targets while controlling expenses and labor hours.
- 2Lead a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts, coaching on service and upselling to drive revenue.
- 3Cover any shift as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, stepping in to run the register, stock shelves, and clean restrooms.
- 4Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on accountability and growth.
- 5Manage cash and banking deposits, requiring a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
- 6Maintain food safety standards and complete Food Safety Certification within 30 days.
- 7Execute company programs and marketing initiatives, including deli and QSR cross-training when required.
- 8Drive customer satisfaction by modeling excellent service and resolving issues decisively.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in retail or food management, with proven leadership of teams of 8-15.
- 2Open availability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with ability to cover call-outs.
- 3Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance for bank deposits.
- 4Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with integrity and decisiveness.
- 6Ability to lead by example in cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
- 7Minimum 21+ years old.
