What You'll Do9
- 1Support the Store Manager in all daily operations, from opening to closing
- 2Run the register, handle cash, and process customer transactions with accuracy
- 3Coach and motivate the team to upsell products and promotions
- 4Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off
- 5Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep shelves stocked
- 6Maintain a clean store, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps
- 7Create and manage team schedules to ensure full shift coverage
- 8Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials
- 9Provide feedback and leadership to drive team performance
Requirements8

- 2Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts
- 3Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance for bank deposits
- 4Physical readiness to clean restrooms, take out trash, and maintain exterior areas
- 5Proficient in English with basic math skills
- 6Must obtain a Food Safety Certification within 30 days of hire
