Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- 2Run the register and serve customers with speed and accuracy, knowing the store's inventory and promotions.
- 3Coach team members to upsell products and run promotions, boosting sales and customer satisfaction.
- 4Hire, train, and lead a team focused on service standards and store success, using POS systems for scheduling and reporting.
- 5Step in as acting manager when needed, making decisions to resolve customer issues and keep the store running.
- 6Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising using Inventory Management software to keep stock levels optimal.
- 7Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps, creating a safe and welcoming space.
- 8Create team schedules in Workday to ensure full coverage, adjusting for peak hours and staff availability.
- 9Perform daily cash handling and deposits, reconciling registers with POS reports.
- 10Review sales and labor reports to meet budget targets, adjusting operations as needed.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for bank deposits.
- 2Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
- 3Able to obtain Food Safety Certification within 30 days of hire.
- 4Comfortable with physical tasks like cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and clearing snow or debris.
- 5Proficient in English with basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- 6Prior retail or food service experience preferred but not required.
