What You'll Do10
- 1Support the Store Manager in all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- 2Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy, ensuring a positive experience.

- 4Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
- 5Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off, making decisions and managing shift operations.
- 6Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked and visually appealing.
- 7Maintain a clean and welcoming store, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
- 8Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage for all shifts.
- 9Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials with accuracy.
- 10Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel and grow.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old, with open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
- 2Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for bank deposits.
- 3Physically ready for tasks like cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas.
- 4Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- 5Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
- 6Prior retail or convenience store experience is a plus but not required.
