Store Manager, Retail & Food Service Operations
Overview
Own store performance and team effectiveness at a top convenience chain. You will lead 8–15 teammates across all shifts, drive sales, uphold safety and cleanliness, and model hands-on leadership. This role blends people leadership with operational excellence and cross-training responsibilities that may include deli or QSR support. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and own store operations, team performance, and profitability
- 2Coach 8 15 employees to deliver exceptional service and upsell promotions
- 3Recruit, hire, and train new team members to support growth and accountability
- 4Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
- 5Handle banking and deposits and ensure safety, cleanliness, and food safety
- 6Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals
- 7Execute company programs and marketing initiatives
- 8Provide coverage across all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- 9Cross-train and support deli or QSR operations when needed
- 10Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and frontline service
Requirements10
- 1Minimum age 21
- 2Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance for banking duties
- 3Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain
- 4Retail or food management experience preferred
- 5Open availability and ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- 6Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness
- 7Willingness to lead by example in store operations and service
- 8Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and drive results
- 9Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- 10Background check and drug screening as part of employment
