What You'll Do11
- 1Take full ownership of store operations team and performance
- 2Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts
- 3Perform all duties of store employees including register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining lot and fuel pumps
- 4Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions
- 5Recruit hire and train new staff focusing on growth accountability and teamwork
- 6Manage inventory vendor orders deliveries and merchandising
- 7Handle banking cash deposits require valid driver’s license reliable transportation and insurance
- 8Maintain safety cleanliness food safety and customer satisfaction standards
- 9Control expenses labor hours achieve sales goals
- 10Execute all company programs marketing initiatives
- 11Be willing to take on any store need including cross-training and managing deli or QSR operations

- 1Open availability any shift including evenings overnights weekends and holidays
- 2Valid driver’s license personal vehicle proof of insurance
- 3Minimum age 21 years
- 4Food Safety Certification
