What You'll Do11

  • 1Answer and screen phone calls while managing calendars and coordinating travel for the CFOO
  • 2Manage mailboxes overseeing document processing and approvals
  • 3Assist with budget preparation and expenditure tracking for the Office of the CFOO
  • 4Prepare and route executive correspondence and briefing documents
  • 5Develop electronic filing systems and track timelines for document processes
  • 6Coordinate with Employee Retention Analysts and Project Managers
  • 7Create and maintain SharePoint sites for document storage and sharing
  • 8Track variances and route approvals for reports and publications
  • 9Serve as point of contact for formal communications and provide technical assistance
  • 10Oversee special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • 11Provide guidance on policy and procedural matters

Requirements11

  • 1Five years’ work experience in process development or business administration
  • 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • 3Experience with SharePoint site management
  • 4Strong knowledge of Texas legislative processes and HHS policies
  • 5Ability to manage high-volume mailboxes and calendaring systems
  • 6Four-year degree from an accredited university
  • 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 8Experience handling confidential information and providing executive-level support
  • 9Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 10Familiarity with budget preparation and expenditure tracking
  • 11Commitment to meeting deadlines and adapting to policy changes
