Administrative Assistant Senior
Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Manage and maintain executive schedules including appointments and travel arrangements
- 2Prepare and edit reports presentations and other documents
- 3Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls
- 4Organize and maintain office files both electronic and physical
- 5Schedule and facilitate meetings including agenda preparation and follow-up
- 6Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings including room bookings
- 7Serve as primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders
- 8Draft and distribute memos announcements and other communications
- 9Oversee office supplies inventory ordering and distribution
- 10Maintain office equipment and coordinate with IT support
- 11Assist in planning and executing special projects and events
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 35-7 years administrative experience with preference for healthcare settings
- 41-2 years experience supporting senior-level staff
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- 8Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 9Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 10Familiarity with hospital administration processes and healthcare regulations
- 11Professional demeanor and interpersonal effectiveness
