What You'll Do13
- 1Manage and maintain executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements
- 2Prepare review and edit reports presentations and other documents
- 3Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and phone calls
- 4Organize and maintain office files both electronic and physical
- 5Schedule coordinate and facilitate meetings preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items
- 6Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings including room bookings and catering
- 7Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal external stakeholders
- 8Draft and distribute memos announcements and other communications as directed
- 9Oversee office supplies inventory ordering and distribution
- 10Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- 11Coordinate with IT for technical support and equipment needs
- 12Assist in planning and executing special projects and events
- 13Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate`s Degree preferred Business Administration related field of study
- 25+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Experience supporting senior-level staff 1-2 years preferred
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- 7Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 8Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 9Familiarity with hospital administration processes and healthcare regulations
- 10Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
