The Senior Administrative Assistant supports executive and management teams delivering high-level administrative services. This role drives operational efficiency and serves as a primary liaison between leaders and stakeholders. What You'll Do13

  • 1Manage and maintain executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements
  • 2Prepare review and edit reports presentations and other documents
  • 3Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and phone calls
  • 4Organize and maintain office files both electronic and physical
  • 5Schedule coordinate and facilitate meetings preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items
  • 6Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings including room bookings and catering
  • 7Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal external stakeholders
  • 8Draft and distribute memos announcements and other communications as directed
  • 9Oversee office supplies inventory ordering and distribution
  • 10Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • 11Coordinate with IT for technical support and equipment needs
  • 12Assist in planning and executing special projects and events
  • 13Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate`s Degree preferred Business Administration related field of study
  • 25+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 3Experience supporting senior-level staff 1-2 years preferred
  • 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 6Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • 7Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 8Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • 9Familiarity with hospital administration processes and healthcare regulations
  • 10Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
