- 10Oversee supply inventories and time off calendars
- 11Maintain office appearance and process incoming mail
- 12Serve as timekeeper using KRONOS software
- 13Monitor budget expenditures and prepare justifications
- 14Consult on presentation updates
- 15Serve as Notary and travel for meetings

- 15+ years building administrative systems with Spreadsheet tools
- 22-5 seasons leading teams in public sector environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience
- 5BCBA credential optional
- 65+ years experience with ETL pipelines
- 73-5 years proficiency in project management
- 81 year background in public administration
- 9Notary Public license required
- 10CJIS Certification mandatory
- 11Valid Texas driver’s license
