Overview
You own daily office operations for a stable Dallas company with a strong leadership team. You handle conference room logistics, break room stocking, and supply inventory. You back up the reception desk and keep printers running. This role offers direct support to an experienced Office Manager and a friendly professional environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own office operations tasks assigned by the Office Manager, including scheduling and preparing conference rooms for meetings and events.
- 2Manage conference room calendars and ensure each room is set up and cleaned after use, with materials ready.
- 3Stock and organize multiple break rooms, restocking beverages, snacks, and paper products.
- 4Track office and break room supply inventory and reorder items before stock runs out.
- 5Back up the receptionist during breaks and absences, greeting visitors and answering calls.
- 6Monitor copiers and printers, scheduling maintenance or repairs as needed.
Requirements6
- 11-3 years in an office-support role.
- 2Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, plus solid general computer skills.
- 3Strong written and verbal communication.
- 4Highly organized, thorough, and efficient when completing tasks.
- 5Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer focus.
- 6High school graduate; some college a plus.
