Overview
Own day-to-day office operations for a team of 16+ professionals at Absolute Behavior Advancement, reporting directly to Executive Leadership. You will manage records, correspondence, inventory, customer support, and reporting. This role offers cross-departmental growth and occasional travel. You will keep Microsoft Office Suite humming and serve as the backbone of a mission-driven behavioral health company.
What You'll Do7
- 1Maintain organized and accurate records for 16+ staff and client files
- 2Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and speed
- 3Manage office inventory and supplies, ordering restocks before they run out
- 4Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, resolving issues on first contact
- 5Prepare and deliver weekly reports on office metrics to Executive Leadership
- 6Drive company marketing efforts, coordinating events and social media posts
- 7Support disciplinary actions per employee handbook and HR guidelines
Requirements7
- 12+ years experience in office administration
- 2Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 4Skilled in calendar management for multiple executives
- 5Strong communication and organizational skills
- 6Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- 7Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
