- 4Act as primary purchaser and ProCard holder for supplies and special orders
- 5Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports promptly
- 6Arrange catering room setup and audio‑visual needs for meetings and events
- 7Maintain departmental records filing systems and oversee records management
- 8Ensure certifications and licenses remain current through regular verification
- 9Handle purchase requests and perform reconciliations for assigned areas
- 10Provide insights on administrative processes and identify efficiency improvements
- 11Support events such as accreditation surveys and awareness programs
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 34 years administrative or secretarial experience
- 4Strong judgment to anticipate needs and avoid scheduling conflicts
- 5Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- 6Experience with Kronos Concur purchasing and timekeeping systems
- 7Ability to work independently while assisting multiple leaders and teams
