Shipping Associate, ShipStation & E-commerce Fulfillment
Overview
Own order fulfillment for individual customer orders across Amazon, Walmart, and website channels at a growing ecommerce company. You will pick, pack, and ship daily using ShipStation or similar software. This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and reliable packing to support seller ratings.
What You'll Do8
- 1Ship daily orders from Amazon Merchant Fulfilled, Walmart, and company website using ShipStation or similar tool
- 2Import orders, print shipping labels, and confirm shipments within required timeframes
- 3Pick correct items, pack securely, and apply accurate labels before dispatch
- 4Ensure orders are ready for carrier pickup to meet platform deadlines and avoid penalties
- 5Verify order details and monitor daily queue to ship on time and flag issues to Team Lead
- 6Maintain clean packing stations and assist with restocking packing supplies
- 7Follow carrier requirements and platform guidelines for packaging and labeling
- 8Communicate order issues or delays promptly to Team Lead
Requirements7
- 1Hands-on experience with ShipStation or similar order management and label printing platform
- 2Comfort navigating Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Portal
- 3Detail-oriented with verification of every order before shipment
- 4Strong communication within team and proactive issue resolution
- 5Reliable and able to handle steady daily order volume with some Saturdays as needed
- 6Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move 10–50 lbs
- 7Full-time availability in Phoenix, onsite, payroll context
