Overview
Own day-to-day operations of getting Binto products into customers hands accurately on time and packed as desired. Pack and ship daily orders operate equipment fill supplement orders flag problems before they become customer issues. Real ownership predictable weekday schedule work impact visible.
What You'll Do9
- 1Pick pack label and ship daily customer orders including personalized subscription orders
- 2Operate supplement dispensing/counting equipment trained no pharmacy background needed
- 3Track inventory receive shipments log lot numbers expiration dates run counts reconcile discrepancies
- 4Maintain accurate digital records in Shopify and inventory tools spreadsheets order dashboards shipping software
- 5Follow and help improve fulfillment SOPs documentation
- 6Do basic math daily unit counts reorder points batch quantities packing quantities
- 7Keep fulfillment space clean organized audit ready
- 8Communicate clearly with team about stock levels issues damage anything looks off
- 9Pitch in on projects kitting event prep new product launches Amazon shipments
