Overview
Manage fulfillment operations ensuring accurate order picking staging and delivery while maintaining safe organized workspace. Operate powered equipment and validate orders. Support inventory accuracy through app usage and compliance with SIMS standards. Perform administrative tasks like audits and locker management. Report safety issues promptly. Achieve daily goals with customer-focused communication and teamwork. Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
What You'll Do7
- 1Pick stage inspect and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time while keeping staging areas clean organized and safe
- 2Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items validating orders answering questions and connecting customers with associates
- 3Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment including counterbalance forklift order picker and narrow aisle reach truck following all safety requirements
- 4Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App maintaining SIMS compliance and collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks
- 5Complete administrative maintenance and readiness tasks such as audits order follow ups and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns
- 6Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer first mindset demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills
- 7Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
Requirements6
- 16 months of computer experience including input output modification and retrieval
- 26 months of experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- 3Powered equipment certification for counterbalance forklift order picker and narrow aisle reach truck required
- 4High school diploma or GED
- 56 months retail experience in customer service or product fulfillment within home improvement or hardware retail
- 66 months retail experience in any industry involving inspection loading and unloading products or materials
