What You'll Do7
- 1Pick stage inspect and fulfill customer orders accurately on time while keeping staging areas clean organized and safe.
- 2Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items validating orders answering questions and connecting customers with appropriate associates.
- 3Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment including forklift order picker and narrow aisle reach truck following all safety requirements.
- 4Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App maintaining SIMS compliance and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
- 5Complete administrative maintenance and readiness tasks such as audits order follow ups and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
- 6Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer first mindset demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
- 7Perform additional duties to support business needs.
Requirements6
- 16 months of computer experience including input output modification and output operations.
- 26 months of experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
- 3Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck required upon hire.
- 4High school diploma or GED.
- 56 months retail experience in customer service or product fulfillment within home improvement hardware retailers.
- 66 months experience inspecting carrying loading and unloading products or materials in or out of vehicles.
