What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers answering questions and offering support during projects
- 2Stock merchandise by unloading freight down‑stocking organizing shelves and setting up pallets
- 3Support store operations by verifying deliveries completing dock prep and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
- 4Maintain a safe clean environment following proper procedures for hazardous materials equipment use and housekeeping
- 5Operate store equipment including scanners Zebra phones balers and other tools
- 6Pitch in as a team player to complete additional tasks for Pro Fulfillment stores
- 7Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders
- 8Load delivery orders ensuring quality accuracy and safe loading practices
- 9Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues
- 10Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- 11Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift power equipment such as lifts order pickers and similar equipment
- 36 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
