What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions
- 2Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves
- 3Support store operations by verifying deliveries and using equipment like pallet jacks
- 4Maintain safety by following hazardous material procedures and proper lifting techniques
- 5Operate store equipment including scanners and Zebra phones
- 6Pitch in as a team player to complete additional tasks
- 7Use the Orders App to pick and stage flatbed delivery orders
- 8Load delivery orders ensuring quality and safe loading practices
- 9Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues
- 10Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- 11Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift power equipment
- 36 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking
