- 1Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and organized.
- 2Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
- 3Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment: Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.
- 4Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
- 5Complete administrative tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety concerns promptly.
- 6Achieve daily goals with a customer-first mindset, using strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements7
- 16 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 26 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- 3Powered Equipment Certification in Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (or obtain within 30 days).
- 46 months of retail experience preferred.
- 56 months of experience in customer service or product fulfillment at a home improvement or hardware retailer preferred.
- 66 months of experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles preferred.
- 7High school diploma or GED preferred.
