Warehouse Associate Inbound FBA Specialist
Overview
National Trade Supply seeks a versatile cross-trained fulfillment professional to drive accurate inbound processing and outbound shipment readiness. This role spans receiving putting away picking packing and FBA preparation while maintaining Amazon compliance and operational excellence.
What You'll Do14
- 1Unload inbound shipments safely and verify product counts and condition
- 2Confirm received goods match purchase orders and report discrepancies
- 3Scan and record inventory in WMS according to receiving procedures
- 4Label sort and store products following warehouse layout and 5S standards
- 5Maintain inbound staging areas and assist with inventory relocation
- 6Identify and communicate discrepancies to supervisors immediately
- 7Prepare FBA shipments with proper packaging labeling and carton IDs
- 8Create and manage FBA shipment plans in Amazon Seller Central
- 9Verify product condition labeling and packaging integrity before shipment
- 10Stage completed FBA pallets for carrier pickup
- 11Maintain accurate FBA shipment records and documentation
- 12Adhere to safety policies operate PITs with current certification
- 13Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards
- 14Report safety hazards near-misses equipment issues to supervisor
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma GED or equivalent experience required
- 2Prior warehouse fulfillment logistics experience preferred
- 3Basic understanding of warehouse processes receiving picking packing
- 4Ability to use WMS handheld scanners and learn new systems
- 5Strong attention to detail for order accuracy label verification and FBA compliance
- 6Willingness to obtain PIT certification upon hire
- 7Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts
- 8Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- 9Comfortable working in non climate controlled environment
- 10Basic math and reading skills for inventory tasks
- 11Commitment to safety and housekeeping standards
