Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Receive inbound freight and verify quantities and product details against order sheets and documentation.
- 2Process outbound orders by picking items, packing boxes on the line, and preparing shipments to company standards.
- 3Scan bar codes and use standing desk workstations to check order accuracy before shipping.
- 4Perform light assembly tasks to prepare products for shipment.
- 5Load and unload materials, lifting 50–60 pounds frequently with team lifts for heavier items.
- 6Complete accurate data entry in computer systems to maintain inventory and shipment records.
- 7Operate pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and scales safely after training.
- 8Stock and move materials throughout the warehouse to ensure proper placement and accessibility.
- 9Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory, reporting discrepancies promptly.
- 10Keep the warehouse clean and organized while meeting productivity metrics posted on whiteboards.
Requirements7
- 1Ability to lift and carry 50-60 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
- 2Comfort with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks like packing and scanning.
- 3Capability to use bar code scanners and multiple computer systems for data entry.
- 4Willingness to be trained on cherry pickers and work at heights.
- 5Experience with warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping preferred.
- 6Familiarity with cycle counts and physical inventory is a plus.
- 7Experience in high-volume distribution environments is advantageous.
