Production Supervisor, Ecommerce Operations & Fulfillment
Overview
Own the product preparation process end to end for Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS shipments at scale. Lead a hands-on team to hit daily and weekly production targets while maintaining quality. Collaborate with shipping and warehouse leaders to ensure on-time staging and shipping readiness. This role blends operations leadership with meticulous compliance and safety.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and supervise product prep operations including labeling poly bagging heat tunnel press and pallet building
- 2Coordinate with FBA and WFS shipping teams to stage organize and line up shipments on schedule
- 3Enforce prep compliance standards for labeling barcode coverage poly bag sealing and pallet sheet attachment
- 4Oversee heat tunnel press area ensuring safety and correct machine settings and maintenance
- 5Assign daily prep tasks to associates based on shipment priority and align output with schedules
- 6Monitor and enforce accuracy in weight dimensions first box QC and expiration date compliance
- 7Lead case label QC including UPC match pack quantity accuracy and expiry checks
- 8Maintain accurate daily production sheets and ensure clean safe work areas
- 9Communicate proactively with Warehouse Supervisor management regarding bottlenecks and output
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience supervising a production or warehouse team in ecommerce fulfillment or manufacturing
- 2Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS product preparation standards including labeling poly bagging bubble wrapping and pallet requirements
- 3Ability to enforce daily quotas and uphold quality standards
- 4Excellent coordination skills managing handoffs between prep and shipping teams
- 5Comfortable overseeing heat tunnel press operations and enforcing safety protocols
