Customization General Production Worker, Manufacturing & Logistics
Overview
The role owns daily customization operations at scale, preparing products to meet customer specifications. You will perform labeling, kitting, repackaging, assembly, inspection, auto bagging, and Amazon preparation while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will support multiple operational areas and adapt to changing business needs. This role offers hands on collaboration with cross functional teams in a diverse environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and assemble products to customer specs and work instructions
- 2Label, package, and prepare products for shipment including Amazon and ecommerce orders
- 3Meet productivity and throughput goals while supporting line setup and changeovers
- 4Inspect products for quality and correct labels and packaging materials
- 5Maintain 5S organized work areas and report safety concerns and incidents
- 6Collaborate with Team Leads and support departments to cover multiple operational areas
- 7Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, quality, and safety
- 8Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the team
- 9Support implementation of new work processes, standards, and digital tools
- 10Monitor inventory and notify leadership of shortages
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- 3Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- 4Strong attention to detail and quality
- 5Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- 6Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 7Flexibility to adjust schedules and support varying business needs
- 8Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production environments (desirable)
- 9Experience with Amazon preparation, customization, kitting, or packaging operations (desirable)
- 10Familiarity with warehouse management systems and SAP (desirable)
