Overview
ECOM Logistics seeks an ECOM Logistics/Fulfillment Supervisor to lead fulfillment operations and drive team performance within our eCommerce and marketplace business. You will ensure workflow efficiency inventory accuracy and KPI execution while supervising associates.
What You'll Do28
- 1Supervise daily fulfillment operations and associate performance to meet KPIs and service levels
- 2Utilize OS and ERP systems to manage order flow inventory and reporting
- 3Oversee inventory accuracy replenishment and discrepancy resolution
- 4Reconcile customer tickets and escalate issues as needed
- 5Track and document operational processes issues and improvements
- 6Coordinate cross-functional communication with Customer Experience Warehouse and Retail
- 7Train coach and develop associates to support team productivity
- 8Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and throughput
- 9Ensure adherence to company standards policies and values
- 10Know all Associate Responsibilities as an expert
- 11How receive shipment on iPad How to order product on iPad and using Data to order
- 12How to pull sales data from Comarch for ordering
- 13How to use excel documents for product minimums year round and at holidays
- 14How to enter damages daily and do cycle counts weekly
- 15How to punt/create stock with better date How to release order taking into account weather and speed
- 16How to change delivery terms on orders prior to release How to problem solve issues like attaching batches changing batches searching by delivery order reprint a greeting card manually close or pick and order
- 17How to handle b2b orders How to communicate with b2b team or CS team in Teams chat
- 18How to handle cross dock in LAPA or how to add pallets to shipments in Dallas
- 19How to reset web clock and support others on clocking in and out and requesting off
- 20Check supply stock and re-order via packaging network IPAD Uline of UPSFEDEX supplies
- 21Who to call for what list knowing where it is and using it
- 22Secure and lock building with keys and know building owner contact process
- 23Checking or using email as needed
- 24Leading and holding team accountable to safety standards during work in warehouse
- 25Leading and holding team accountable to health and cleaning room standards during production
- 26Leading and holding team accountable to speed metrics on all production items and packaging standards
- 27Knowledge of Insightly weekly touch bases and conference calls for information as needed
- 28Learning and knowing partners in Ecommerce Payroll and HR for support
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in eCommerce logistics or fulfillment operations
- 3Food Handler Certificate Required to have actively or obtain with company support
- 4Ability to flexibly work nights and weekends during peak season
- 5Strong working knowledge of ERP/OMS systems and Microsoft Office
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 7Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail
- 8Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
- 9Proficiency lifting up to 40 pounds
- 10Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace
- 11Experience with cross dock operations and pallet management
- 12Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS FedEx
