- 1Supervise daily fulfillment operations and associate performance to meet KPIs
- 2Utilize OS and ERP systems to manage order flow and reporting
- 3Oversee inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- 4Reconcile customer tickets and escalate issues as needed
- 5Track operational processes and implement improvements
- 6Coordinate cross-functional communication with Customer Experience Warehouse and Retail
- 7Train and coach associates to enhance productivity
- 8Identify workflow efficiency opportunities
- 9Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- 10Manage shipment receipt and product ordering using digital tools
- 11Pull sales data from Comarch for ordering decisions
- 12Use Excel for product minimum calculations year-round
- 13Perform regular cycle counts and handle damages
- 14Create stock with optimal dates and manage order releases
- 15Handle B2B orders and communicate with B2B teams via Teams
- 16Operate cross docks and add pallets in specific locations
- 17Reset web clocks and assist with timekeeping processes
- 18Check supply stock and reorder via packaging networks
- 19Secure building access and know owner contacts
- 20Maintain safety and health standards in warehouse
- 21Hold team accountable for speed and packaging standards
- 22Ensure ECOM consistency across hubs through weekly insights
- 23Participate in regular conference calls and touch bases
- 24Learn partner organizations in eCommerce Payroll and HR
- 25Apply 3-5 years experience in eCommerce logistics fulfillment
- 26Demonstrate supervisory or team lead experience
- 27Obtain Food Handler Certificate
- 28Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- 29Strong knowledge of ERP/OMS and Microsoft Office
- 30Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
- 31Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 32Hands-on leadership with attention to detail
- 33Physical stamina to stand and walk extensively
- 34Ability to lift 40 pounds
- 35Maintain cleanliness through bending squatting and reaching

Requirements13
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience in eCommerce logistics fulfillment
- 3Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- 4Food Handler Certificate Required
- 5Ability to work nights and weekends during peak season
- 6Strong working knowledge of ERP/OMS systems and Microsoft Office
- 7Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- 8Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
- 9Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail
- 10Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- 11Experience lifting up to 40 pounds
- 12Knowledge of physical workplace requirements including bending and reaching
