What You'll Do10
- 1Build a polished dining room by setting tables to standard and maintaining readiness
- 2Design efficient service flow by clearing, resetting, and turning tables with quality
- 3Lead by assisting with food running, table maintenance, and overall service support
- 4Ship tasks across stations to sustain cleanliness, organization, and inventory awareness
- 5Own proactive guest support by anticipating needs and contributing to a welcoming environment
- 6Drive team collaboration through clear communication with servers, runners, and management
- 7Support product knowledge development to aid growth opportunities within the organization
- 8Scale station readiness by stocking tools and ensuring all areas are prepared for service
- 9Debug and resolve service bottlenecks to maintain timely guest experiences
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
