What You'll Do7
- 1Drive host stand operations through OpenTable to optimize seating and waitlists
- 2Greet guests, personalize experiences, and maintain detailed guest profiles for tailored service
- 3Lead on the floor with managers, delegate tasks to host staff, and align FOH and BOH
- 4Address guest concerns quickly and diplomatically to ensure seamless service
- 5Cultivate relationships with Scottsdale luxury concierges and local businesses to drive reservations
- 6Mentor and train host personnel on reservation software and hospitality protocols
- 7Assist management with OpenTable configuration, floor map optimization, and event allocations
Requirements5
- 12+ years of high-volume upscale dining or premium hospitality experience
- 2Hands-on experience with OpenTable or similar platforms such as SevenRooms/Resy
- 3Strong communication, social awareness, and composed demeanor during peak hours
- 4Collaborative leadership style that inspires without ego
- 5Knowledge of Scottsdale hospitality and dining scene preferred
