What You'll Do10
- 1Build warm greetings and promptly seat guests to maximize table utilization
- 2Design seamless guest journey by informing when tables are ready and guiding guests to seating
- 3Lead by example with polite service and proactive problem solving to maintain positive guest experience
- 4Ship drinks to tables and manage guest tabs where needed to ensure accuracy
- 5Drive efficiency by rotating tables, keeping the host stand organized, and moving furniture as directed
- 6Own opening, running, and closing side work duties and assist teammates to maintain operations
- 7Scale guest flow during peak periods by monitoring table availability and guest volume
- 8Debug guest concerns with a positive attitude and escalate issues when necessary
- 9Deliver the best first impression and invite guests back at departure
- 10Improve sanitation and safety practices in line with restaurant standards
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma preferred
- 2Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 318+ years of age
- 4Minimum of one year related experience
- 5Familiarity with Opentable and proper lifting techniques
