What You'll Do11
- 1Welcome and greet guests while ensuring comfort and personalized attention
- 2Know regular guests by name and anticipate their preferences
- 3Deliver recommendations that enhance the dining experience
- 4Answer questions about food beverages and restaurant services
- 5Process orders accurately using our point-of-sale system
- 6Maintain clean service areas and uphold TGA standards
- 7Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- 8Prepare final bills and handle payments efficiently
- 9Assist fellow servers and back staff during peak times
- 10Participate in proactive communication to resolve operational challenges
- 11Support seamless restaurant operations as directed by management
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 2+ years volume restaurant serving experience
- 2Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures
- 3Fluent speaking reading writing skills in English
- 4Ability to work standing for extended periods
- 5Capacity to safely lift trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds
- 6Professional appearance meeting TGA grooming standards
- 7Commitment to teamwork and customer-focused service
- 8Availability to work holidays and weekends
