What You'll Do8
- 1Enhance dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs
- 2Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by warmly greeting tables, guiding residents through menu selections, accurately taking orders, and serving a full range of courses
- 3Maintain dining room appearance by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, and refilling water carafes
- 4Keep areas clean by vacuuming carpets and cleaning the salad bar
- 5Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude
- 6Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns
- 7Share feedback with a manager or supervisor when needed
- 8Jump in and help with support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
Requirements7
- 115 years of age or older
- 2No previous work experience required
- 3Effective communication in English with residents guests and employees
- 4Obtain food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire
- 5Secure required work permit if applicable based on age and state of residence
- 6Submit any required work permit to the Community at the time of hire
- 7Work in a fast-paced environment
