What You'll Do11
- 1Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- 2Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing attentive service
- 3Upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience
- 4Maintain clean organized and properly set tables
- 5Ensure all food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately
- 6Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
- 7Process payments and deliver checks accurately
- 8Follow all health safety and sanitation standards
- 9Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining experience
- 10Consistently exceed guest expectations
- 11Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Requirements10
- 11-2 years serving experience in an elevated restaurant environment
- 2Strong communication multitasking and interpersonal skills
- 3Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- 4Availability to work weekends and holidays
- 5Current Food Handler Card and Title IV Alcohol Certification
- 6Reliable transportation
- 7Bold technology: Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 8Bold certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 9Bold experience range: 5+ years
- 10Bold experience range: 3-5 seasons
