What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options
- 2Take accurate orders using POS system ensuring clarity and attention to detail
- 3Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- 4Process sales transactions efficiently including cash handling credit card payments and upselling techniques
- 5Maintain knowledge of wine pairings spirits and cocktail recipes to assist guests with recommendations
- 6Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during handling serving and clearing tables
- 7Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- 8Assist with opening or closing duties setting up tables cleaning work areas and restocking supplies
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certified
- 3BCBA certification preferred
- 45+ years experience with POS systems
- 5Strong knowledge of wine spirits and cocktail preparation
- 6Excellent customer service skills with a friendly energetic attitude
- 7Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- 8Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- 9Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- 10Previous experience in roles such as host cashier is beneficial
- 11Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
