Server Bartender NYC Fast-Paced Hospitality Role

We seek an energetic personable Server Bartender to lead our hospitality team. You will own guest interactions while mastering food and beverage preparation. This role delivers memorable experiences in a vibrant setting. It differs by focusing on direct guest engagement and operational excellence.
What You'll Do10
- 1Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service
- 2Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- 3Prepare and present cocktails beers wines and non-alcoholic beverages
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas following food safety regulations
- 5Manage cash handling and payment processing efficiently
- 6Engage guests address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- 7Assist with banquet events and catering services
- 8Support food safety protocols and maintain safe environments
- 9Set up banquet events and provide attentive service during special functions
- 10Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain staff safety
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high-volume service environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification a plus
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Strong knowledge of food safety standards and handling techniques
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- 8Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- 9Excellent customer service skills with energetic attitude
- 10Basic math skills for accurate bill calculations
