What You'll Do15
- 1Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- 2Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- 3Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- 4Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- 5Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- 6Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a spotless environment
- 7Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow
- 8Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction
- 9Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- 10Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- 11Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations
- 12Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- 13Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate check processing
- 14Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food industry roles will be advantageous
- 15Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in high-volume environments
- 35+ years experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Valid driver's license
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 7Excellent communication skills
- 8Strong teamwork orientation
- 9Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- 10Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Salary Insight
$21 - $42k per year
