- 5Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or credit payments
- 6Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- 7Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items wine pairings and beverage options
- 8Manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
- 9Hold food handling certification and understand sanitation practices

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons in hospitality
- 35+ years constructing scalable server teams
- 43-5 seasons managing POS systems
- 51 year experience with POS software
- 62+ years working in fine dining
- 71 year familiarity with POS platforms
- 84+ years demonstrating strong customer service skills
- 95+ years developing sales transaction expertise
- 101 year knowledge of beverage service standards
