Overview
Own guest experience on weekend nights at a high energy restaurant in Phoenix. You will greet guests, take seats, and ensure smooth dining flow for parties of all sizes. You will collaborate with kitchen and bartending teams to deliver fast, friendly service. This role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and tipping potential.
What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests and manage seating during peak weekend shifts
- 2Present menus, take orders, and deliver meals with accuracy
- 3Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain service pace
- 4Handle guest concerns professionally to sustain high satisfaction
- 5Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area during and after shifts
- 6Assist with POS transactions and processing payments
- 7Support team with opening or closing duties as needed
- 8Upsell specials and promos to enhance guest experience
- 9Balance cash and tips with end-of-shift reconciliation
Requirements5
- 1Over 18 years old to serve alcohol
- 2No prior server experience required but preferred
- 3Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- 4Availability for weekend nights and flexible shifts
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive motion
