Overview
Own and execute dinner service with precision and urgency in a high-volume kitchen setting. You will produce consistent, high-quality dishes while maintaining cleanliness and working in sync with the kitchen team. The role focuses on evening shifts, late hours, and weekend coverage with strong team collaboration and food safety practices. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and set up stations with prep and equipment for dinner service
- 2Prepare and execute dinner menu items according to KUZA standards
- 3Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station during service
- 4Follow all food safety sanitation and hygiene protocols
- 5Assist with daily prep and inventory tasks
- 6Communicate clearly with kitchen team and FOH staff
- 7Participate in opening and midday cleaning duties
Requirements5
- 11+ year of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
- 2Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
- 3Must have or obtain a current Arizona Food Handlers Card
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- 5Reliable and on-time with a positive team attitude
