What You'll Do10

  • 1Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • 2Track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips, analyzing progress and reporting risks.
  • 3Verify effective project governance and processes, ensuring best practice application on all projects.
  • 4Produce formal project status reports and other required reports for leadership and clients.
  • 5Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously, confirming approved design standards are applied.
  • 6Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews, keeping communication clear.
  • 7Coordinate project information flow via regular meetings and written updates.
  • 8Forecast and update key project milestones, adapting to changes and risks.
  • 9Manage local design teams per commission criteria, providing technical support to owners, architects, and contractors.
  • 10Provide expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability, and respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.

Requirements8

  • 15-7 years of project management experience in large-scale construction.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent preferred.
  • 3Strong organizational and management skills, working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • 4Effective presentation skills for client and stakeholder updates.
  • 5Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.
  • 6Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • 7Ability to review drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects and contractors.
  • 8Experience with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
