Senior Construction Manager Turner & Townsend
Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Manage stakeholders including architects engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
- 2Analyze track and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays
- 3Implement project governance processes and systems
- 4Produce formal project status reports and additional documentation as needed
- 5Monitor multiple construction projects to maintain approved design standards
- 6Coordinate supplier interfaces via monthly trackers and weekly reviews
- 7Facilitate regular meetings and written communications within project teams
- 8Forecast and update key project milestones
- 9Oversee local design teams according to commission criteria
- 10Provide technical support to owners architects and contractors
- 11Respond rapidly to requests for information from field personnel
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in construction management civil engineering or equivalent experience
- 2Minimum 3-5 years relevant project management experience
- 3Strong organizational and management capabilities
- 4Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Procore and construction project management tools
- 5Effective presentation skills
- 6Experience with AWS Spark Airflow and other project management technologies
- 7Knowledge of SOX control procedures
- 8Client relationship development and retention abilities
- 9Understanding of public sector project management practices
- 10Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
