What You'll Do11
- 1Interface with clients and consultants throughout project stages

- 3Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets

Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex construction initiatives
- 3Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
- 4Proven experience managing commercial ground‑up real estate projects
- 5Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- 6Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- 7SOX compliance knowledge relevant to construction contracts
