Turner & Townsend seeks a Mechanical Project Manager – Data Center Construction to lead construction activities and report schedule status. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and providing technical support across multiple projects.

- 11Provide technical support to owners and contractors
- 12Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field
- 13Advise project teams on strategies for client and business objectives
- 14Capture knowledge and lessons learned
- 15Identify improvements to internal systems and processes
- 16Ensure SOX control adherence where applicable
- 17Lead construction document reviews including BODs and specifications
- 18Manage equipment submittals and RFIs
- 19Develop relationships to maximize client opportunities
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 2Minimum 5+ years electrical project management experience
- 3Experience in data center construction or electrical contracting
- 4Familiarity with MEP design
- 5Strong leadership and communication skills
- 6Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore P6 CxAlloy
- 7Knowledge of relevant codes standards and construction methodologies
- 8Proficiency in Data Center Commissioning Process levels 1–5
- 9Ability to produce detailed construction reports
- 10Understanding of RFIs and technical documentation processes
