- 6Lead monthly supplier trackers and weekly reviews to manage interfaces and dependencies.
- 7Facilitate information flow through regular meetings and written communications, ensuring all parties stay informed.
- 8Issue rapid responses to RFIs from the field, providing technical guidance to owners and contractors.
- 9Apply cost control, value engineering, and constructability expertise to optimize project outcomes.
- 10Capture lessons learned from each project, feeding into continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements9
- 15-7 years of project management experience in large-scale construction, ideally in government or public sector.
- 2Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent field.
- 3Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore for project tracking and reporting.
- 4Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- 5Strong organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
- 6Effective presentation skills for delivering status updates and technical information to diverse audiences.
- 7Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing interactions and documentation.
