Senior Benefits & Payroll Specialist, Onsite Payroll & Equity Administration
Overview
Own end-to-end biweekly payroll processing and day-to-day benefits support for a multi-site organization. Lead daily equity compensation administration including grants, exercises, and RSU activity across four locations. Collaborate with Accounting and People Services to ensure accuracy and compliance while supporting broader HR initiatives.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and back up all payroll activities including calculating final pay for terminations and processing separation through ADP WFN
- 2Create and maintain equity compensation checklists, route for timely completion, and close out checklists
- 3Serve as a key player in managing the companys equity plan and ensure compliance with regulations
- 4Provide backup for reviewing and processing biweekly timecards and follow up with employees and supervisors
- 5Maintain electronic equity filing systems and backup for benefits tracking
- 6Conduct audits to ensure all employee changes and pay data are entered accurately
- 7Provide benefit support as needed and offer system improvements across HR/People Services
- 8Support general HR/People Services tasks as needed
Requirements10
- 14 recent years of payroll and/or benefits experience
- 2Able to keep up with a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
- 3Ability to analyze and interpret information for completeness and accuracy
- 4Excellent organizational skills
- 5Recent experience with current version of ADP WFN and advanced Excel skills
- 6Knowledge of wage and hour laws related to payroll
- 7Knowledge of equity compensation administration is a plus
- 8Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- 9Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
- 10Flexibility to put in extra hours during critical times

$85 - $110k per year
