Senior Payroll & Equity Analyst - ADP Vantage
Overview
You will own semi-monthly payroll for 1,800+ employees across the US, with expertise in multi-state withholdings and equity processing for RSUs and PSUs. You will operate within ADP Vantage and Payforce, collaborating with Legal, HR, Tax, and Accounting. This role stands out because you will directly shape global equity processes and ensure compliance with FLSA regulations. You will handle sensitive data with high accuracy and discretion, and you will be a key resource for payroll audits and employee inquiries.
What You'll Do8
- 1Own the semi-monthly payroll cycle using ADP Vantage, including on-cycle and off-cycle processing, and clear daily error queues.
- 2Audit semi-monthly payroll registers and quarterly taxable wages to verify accuracy and compliance.
- 3Process equity transactions for RSUs and PSUs, including new awards, vestings, releases, and monthly stock reports.
- 4Support the global equity program by setting up tax and profile data in the stock management system and integrating payroll data changes.
- 5Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions by investigating the root cause and delivering timely solutions.
- 6Prepare and remit payroll taxes to federal, state, and local authorities, including garnishments, wage assignments, and tax levies.
- 7Build ad hoc payroll reports in Excel and Workday for compliance, audits, and cross-functional partners.
- 8Train employees and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Tax on equity and payroll compliance matters.
Requirements10
- 18+ years of payroll processing experience in a corporate environment with 1,800+ exempt and non-exempt employees.
- 2Working knowledge of ADP Vantage or Payforce is required.
- 3Experience with multi-state withholdings and FLSA wage and hour regulations.
- 4Knowledge of equity processing for RSUs and PSUs.
- 5High-level accuracy and attention to detail in payroll and equity transactions.
- 6Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- 7Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 8Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 9Experience with Workday HRIS is a plus.
- 10Knowledge of Canada payroll processing is a plus.
