You will own end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees at a Los Angeles non-profit, processing bi-monthly cycles with ADP Workforce Now. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead ADP Workforce Now processing for 500+ employees across multi-state jurisdictions, ensuring each cycle is accurate and on time.
- 2Validate earnings, deductions, and tax withholding inputs before final submission.
- 3Monitor federal, state, and local payroll regulations and apply updates to maintain compliance.
- 4Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end and year-end close activities.
- 5Generate payroll reports for leadership, finance, and audit requests.
- 6Investigate payroll variances and resolve employee inquiries within 24 hours.
- 7Maintain organized payroll records and supporting documentation for audits.
- 8Drive process improvements to reduce payroll errors by 20% in the first quarter.
Requirements8
- 15+ years managing full-cycle payroll for 500+ employees.
- 2Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and administration.
- 3Proven track record with multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment.
- 4Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- 5Experience with bi-monthly payroll schedules and tight deadlines.
