What You'll Do7
- 1Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple states ensuring correct wages deductions and adjustments on schedule
- 2Review payroll data for accuracy investigating discrepancies related to timekeeping pay calculations taxes and benefit withholdings
- 3Maintain compliance with federal state and local payroll tax requirements including filings reporting and deductions
- 4Coordinate payroll recordkeeping and documentation keeping employee information current organized and audit ready
- 5Partner with internal teams to address payroll questions explain matters and resolve concerns promptly
- 6Support payroll system administration contributing to process improvements for accuracy consistency and efficiency
- 7Assist with reporting needs tied to payroll activity labor data and other financial regulatory requirements
Requirements5
- 13 to 5 years of payroll experience including full cycle administration
- 2Responsibility for workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees
- 3Knowledge of multi-state payroll practices and compliance obligations
- 4Familiarity with federal state and local payroll tax regulations and benefit deductions
- 5Experience using ADP Workforce Now administrative payroll experience preferred
