Senior Analyst, Healthcare Analytics & Risk Adjustment
Overview
In this role you will own analytics across Risk Adjustment and related healthcare engagements at scale, partnering with SMEs, developers, and analysts to deliver rigorous analytical work backed by healthcare data and policy knowledge. You will contribute to model development, validation, and reporting while building domain expertise for clear client recommendations. Over time, the position evolves toward project and analytical leadership within a collaborative, hybrid environment in Arlington VA.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and deliver risk adjustment analytics, modeling, and reporting that inform client decisions
- 2Design and validate models with SMEs to ensure analytical rigor and clear documentation
- 3Perform exploratory analyses and tests to develop independent data understanding and verify findings
- 4Translate analytical insights into client-ready explanations and actionable recommendations
- 5Collaborate with analysts, developers, and SMEs to improve workflows and project delivery
- 6Own contract tasks over time and contribute to planning, staffing input, and delivery optimization
- 7Develop Inclined's internal knowledge base and analytical best practices
- 8Support evaluation and adoption of AI and ML techniques to enhance analytical outputs
- 9Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- 10Contribute to a client-centric, problem-solving culture aligned with company values
Requirements10
- 110+ years of quantitative analysis or analytics experience or equivalent with graduate degree
- 2Hands-on experience with SQL and Python (R and Excel related)
- 3Demonstrated experience applying AI- or ML-enabled tools within analytical workflows
- 4Experience working with large structured datasets in professional or consulting settings
- 5Background in consulting, analytics-driven strategy, or applied analytics roles
- 6Familiarity with health policy and healthcare data (PII/PHI) is a plus
- 7Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- 8Ability to work independently while validating assumptions with SMEs
- 9Curiosity about emerging analytical technologies and practical integration into workflows
- 10Hybrid in-office role in Arlington, VA with 2–4 days onsite
