What You'll Do11

- 7Debug performance bottlenecks in inference engines to improve response times
- 8Develop documentation for AI workflows to support knowledge transfer within teams
- 9Analyze dataset quality and prepare feature sets for supervised learning tasks
- 10Collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other standards
- 11Mentor junior analysts on best practices for ethical AI development
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading data science projects in regulated industries
- 3W2 status required for full-time position
- 4Certified in CPC Card or BCBA credentials preferred
- 510+ years total professional experience in AI/ML domains
- 6Proficiency in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- 7Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- 8Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
- 9Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- 10Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles with flexible scheduling
